Taco Soup

This I received from a gal at church when I needed to make chili FAST!  And she certainly came to the rescue with this fast and easy recipe.  Almost all pantry ingredients too.

1lb of ground beef/turkey, cooked
1 onion diced and cooked with meat
1 or 2 cans of beef or chicken broth (depending on how “soupy” you like it)
2 cans of diced tomatoes or Ro-Tel tomatoes (if you like it spicy) undrained
1 can of kidney beans, drained
1 can of chili beans, undrained
1 can of corn
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet of Ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley ranch)

You just dump all the ingredients in the pot together and simmer until hot and you’re done.  You can also add peppers or whatever else you like.

Serve with tortilla chips, hot sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese.
