Herb Foccocia Bread

Ingredients:

Pizza dough (not frozen or in the can, in the bag)

evoo

2 tomatoes

Italian Seasoning

Instructions:  Preheat oven to 425.  Grease pan with evoo, put in pizza dough and work it to the edges.  In a bowl, combine evoo and Italian Seasoning and brush onto dough.  Make dimples with fingers throughout, and bake for 8 minutes.

Slice tomatoes thinly, and top the bread with them, S+P, brush with evoo and Italian seasoning mixture and put back in the over for about 20 minutes.
