Mashed Potatoes


Yukon Gold Potatoes (skinned or not – either is fine)


2 T butter

1/2 cup milk (or light cream)

2 t garlic

Instructions: Cut potatoes into small pieces (so they cook faster), put a bit of salt into the water and boil them until soft.

You can take the stalk from rosemary to flavor if you have it, add butter, garlic, and milk into sauce pan to heat together.

Strain the potatoes, mash, add mixture and stir.  Add S+P.
