Meat Marinade

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 T balsamic vinegar

2 T evoo

3 cloves garlic

1/4 t cayenne pepper

Instructions: combine and pour over meat in a plastic bag.  Keep for 2 hours to overnight in the fridge.

Meat: good for 2 lbs of meat, I’ve used with chicken and beef
