Sweet Sticky Ribs

Marinade Ingredients:

1 T Canola Oil

2 T BBQ Sauce

2 T Sweet Chili Sauce

3 T White Vinegar

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

2 t Fresh Ginger

1 T Garlic

Honey OR 1/4 cup Brown Sugar w/ 1 cup Pineapple Juice

Instructions: Wisk together marinade ingredients, combine with meat in plastic baggie for minimum 2 hours to overnight. The longer the better!

Place ribs onto ungreased baking sheet, cover ribs with foil at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours. Put leftover marinade from bag into a sautee pan and reduce to baste the ribs after they’re cooked.

After the ribs have been cooking for 1.5 hours, take out the ribs, toss the foil tent, and baste them with the sauce, turn the oven up to 400 degrees, cook for 5 minutes, baste again, cook for 5 more minutes. The additional heat makes the ribs crispy.
