Pulled Beef Sandwiches (Version I)

Ingredients:

1 jar of Pepperonchini Peppers (whole or sliced)

2 lbs of chuck roast

Instructions: Pour the entire jar of pepperonchinis plus the juice over the meat in the crockpot.  Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve on buns.
