Pulled Beef Sandwiches (Version II)

Ingredients:

2 lbs chuck roast

2 cloves garlic

1 onion sliced

1 sprig rosemary

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup worstichire

3 cups water

Instructions:  Combine ingredients and place in the crock pot for 8 hours on low.  Put on rolls and serve with dipping liquid (like a french dip). 

Option: Serve with horseradish sauce
