Seafood Nachos


2 cups parmesan cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup pepper jack cheese

1 clove garlic

3 large scallops

1/2 lb shrimp w/o tails already steamed

8 oz crab meat

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 t garic powder


pico de gallo

sour cream


Instructions: Put the chips in a cast iron skillet with the cheese and melt them all in a 350 degree oven (about 3 minutes). 

In a sauce pan, melt butter, 1 clove garlic, and cook the scallops (after chopping them thin).  Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, S+P and parmesan cheese. 

Put on the nachos the shrimp and crab meat, then pour over the sauce pan mixture. 

Top with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and jalapenos.
