Shrimp Marinara


2 scallions

1/2 head of garlic

1 t basil

1 t oregano

red pepper flakes

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 lb uncooked shrimp

Instructions: Chop the scallions and put the 1/2 head of peeled garlic cloves and food process, streaming in evoo.  Put in a pan with the basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, tomatoes and sauce and simmer for a couple minutes.  Add the shrimp and let it get pink.

Add to pasta if desired.
