Cait’s Mexi-Dip

A great “last-minute” chip dip from last week:

2 packages of softened cream cheese
1 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 small can of diced mild jalapenos
Diced red or green pepper

Blend together in bowl and serve with chips or crackers. Serves 10-12

    Yuuuuuuummmm, this dip is sooooo good.

    Though I am still waiting on the zucchini bake recipe. nomnomnom.
