Baby purée: Butternut squash

Good for babies 4 months and up

1 butternut squash

Preheat oven to 400. Half the squash, scrape out seeds and fill a baking dish with an inch of water. Add,the squash face or cut side up and bake for 30-40 min until fork tender.

Let cool and remove the skin by scooping out the middle or peeling it off in chunks. Purée in food processor and freeze.

Good for 3 months in the freezer.
